Bailey was previously employed by Cox Enterprises, Inc., in Atlanta, Ga., where she served as senior vice president, business services, and global chief people officer of the company’s Manheim subsidiary since 2004.
In this role, Bailey was the company’s chief strategist leading its global people strategies function comprised of 300 human resources professionals in the U.S., Canada, Australia and Europe.
Her corporate responsibilities included talent acquisition, compensation, organizational design, leader effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, diversity/inclusion, safety, security, communications, community, public relations, change leadership and government relations.
