Atelier GARDEUR menswear line inspired by British fabrics

British Heritage is the new trend theme that stands for a relaxed yet dressed-up look. Details from old woollen trousers take on a new and surprising slant: with flap pockets and adjustable waistband straps, robust pocket lining, discreet leather labels and an “after dinner split” for pleasant wear comfort.

British-inspired fabrics and designs like tartan, tweed, herringbone as well as smudged and coordinating checks make for a masculine look that draws heavily on the classics in men’s wardrobes. Different cord looks round off the theme.

Also in the range at Atelier GARDEUR are sustainably produced fairtrade denim trousers – presented in Autumn/Winter 2014/15 with an extended colour scheme and stronger faded effects – along with Fairtrade certified cotton styles.

A pioneer in sustainably produced trousers, Atelier GARDEUR already launched the first jeans made of fairly traded cotton onto the German market in 2007 and has since then been meeting the strict requirements of the independent fairtrade organization TransFair with both its tailor’s workshops – and for all its products manufactured there.

The exclusive line Tribute to Tailoring picks up on the traditions of the art of tailoring and presents styles in particularly high-quality materials with skilfully deployed details.

Just one touch convinces us of the wear comfort of the fabrics used – like cashmere wool and cashmere denim. Select cord fabrics and lightly woven check designs are perfect for lovers of exquisite trousers.
