Cherokee partners fashion icon Ambrosio for swimwear range

Internationally recognized supermodel and fashion icon, Alessandra Ambrosio, in partnership with Silver Sunrise, LLC and Cherokee Inc., announced the launch of a new swimwear and cover-up collection for ále by Alessandra with The Lunada Bay Corporation. The product will debut at the Miami Swim show in July 2014.
 
“We are very excited about the collaboration with international icon, Alessandra Ambrosio, and the upcoming launch in July”, commented Susan Crank, CEO of Lunada Bay. “This is an epic partnership – the combination of our expertise in manufacturing and fabrication, along with Alessandra’s design and vision for the line, truly embodies a wonderful collection.”
 
The swimwear launch follows the recent successful introduction of the apparel category at specialty retailer Planet Blue. Like the apparel line, the swimwear collection is based on the life and style of the international fashion icon. Inspired by Ambrosio’s “Brazil-Bohemia-Meets-Malibu-Chic,” Lunada Bay aims to bring this concept to life in the new swimwear collection.
