The net income for the year was $4 million compared to a net loss of $100 million last year, which included a $50 million loss on the refinancing of debt. Excluding the financing transactions in fiscal 2004, the net loss in 2004 would have been $50 million, resulting in a $54 million increase in net income in 2005.
