Hudson's Bay declares quarterly dividend of $0.05/share

Hudson's Bay Company announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend for holders of the Company's common shares in the amount of $0.05 per common share. 
 
The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2014 and is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes.
