For the second quarter ending July 31st 2006, the company is forecasting net sales of approximately $60 million and a net loss per share between $0.30 and $0.35.
The company is reaffirming its previous guidance for the full fiscal year ending January 31st 2007. For the fiscal year ending January 31st 2007, it is forecasting net sales of approximately $400 million and diluted net income per share between $0.58 and $0.62. This compares to a fiscal 2006 diluted net income per share of $0.58.
