Additional listing of brand management expertise Marchpole

Marchpole Holdings plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each.
The blocklisting is in relation to the possible future exercise of the Company's options under the Company's Employee EMI Share Option Scheme.
Marchpole has been in the apparel business for over 30 years, predominantly as licensee for Yves Saint Laurent, and working with designers such as Jasper Conran, Tomasz Starzewski and Boateng.
