Indus Fila has recently acquired fabric division of Sai Industries and is in talks with three leading textile companies.
Although Indus Fila has not disclosed names of the companies it is going to acquire, its estimated deal to be over Rs100 crore rupees. Company deals in fabric weaving and apparel manufacturing.
To set up an integrated textile plant in the State, talks between company and Andhra Pradesh Government are going on to acquire land.
