Mailyard Company, the biggest garment export unit in China, announced recently, its plan to develop from a processing business into brand business, and aim at domestic market.
In China, Mailyard company is the biggest western-style clothes' export base. It not only controls 11 percent of Japanese western-style clothes overseas processing volume, but also is the first uniform processing unit of the court dress of Europe, US, Japan and Southeast Asia.
For many years, company focused on only international markets. However, because of international trade integration, they have realized that China itself is a big market.
Mailyard has taken aggressive measures to enlarge their domestic sales. For instance they have signed up several Chinese celebrities to endorse its products.
