Sky Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, has announced that the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company.
1. Mr. Jayaramn G ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from July 31, 2007 consequent upon his resignation from the Board of Directors of Company. He was appointed as Director in the Company in his capacity as Independent Director.
2. Mr. Vijay Choraria is appointed as a Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 31, 2007 in his capacity as Independent Director.
