MK Exim India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2007, after a long discussion and analysis on the application for allotment of 575000 convertible warrants, the majority of Board of Directors of the Company has decided to reject the application.
The Board of Directors of the Company has further decided to insert new object clause in the Memorandum of Association relating to Bio-diesel, Real Estate and Hotel Business.
The Company will conduct Postal Ballot process in due course for alteration of object clause in the Memorandum of Association relating to Bio-diesel, Real Estate and Hotel Business.
