Sky Industries Ltd has informed that due to unavoidable reasons the Company's 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) cannot be held in the month of September.
The same is proposed to be convened and held by end of October 2007. The Company has already initiated procedure for applying extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting from Registrar of Companies.
However Register of members remained closed for the purpose of Book Closure from September 10, 2007 to September 17, 2007.
