Apparel distributor Elmec announcement on Attika capital

Elmec Sport S.A announces that with the decision dated 15/10/2007, of the Prefecture of Athens, which was received, the followings were approved: a) the cancellation of payment of unpaid share capital of our affiliate company Attika Department Stores S.A, of 5 mil euro b) the return of 3 mil euro from the aforementioned company to the shareholders.
With the above return of capital, Elmec Sport S.A. and our affiliate Ipirotiki S.A., will receive 750 thousand euros each.
The share capital of Attika Department Stores S.A. after all the above, will amount to 7 mil euro, divided in five million (5.000.000) common shares with nominal value of one euro and forty (1,4 €) each.
