Koutons Retail India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007, inter alia, has decided to acquire the 100% shareholding of DBG Retail Holdings Ltd.
Koutons Retail India Ltd. is an integrated company starting with designing, procuring fabric, garment, distribution and retail of apparel and accessories.
All stages of production, distribution and sales under the total control of the company.
