Gokaldas Exports Ltd has informed that Mr. Akhil Gupta, Mr. Richard Saldanha and Mr. Mathew Cyriac were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company at the Board Meeting held on February 21, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Madanlal J Hinduja has resigned as Managing Director from February 21, 2008. However, he will continue as non-executive Chairman of the Company.
Further, Mr. Rajendra J Hinduja has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of one year from February 21, 2008.
