Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the acquisition of a 'Garment Unit' of Maryan Apparel Pvt Ltd at a consideration of Rs 14.74 crores Maryan Apparel Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing & exports of garments having its manufacturing facility at KINFRA International Apparel Park, Kizhakutpal, Thiruvannthapuram.
The Board has approved the necessary Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to be entered into & taking necessary actions in this regard.
