Tefron Ltd a leading producer of seamless intimate apparel and engineered-for-performance active wear, announced that it will reschedule the shareholders meeting, originally scheduled for April 16, 2008, to approve the terms of office of Tefron's newly-elected active Chairman of the Board, Mr. Yacov Gelbard. The new date for the meeting has not yet been set.
