OmniaLuo Inc, a China-based company engaged in the business of designing, developing, marketing and distributing fine women's apparel under the brand name OMNIALUO, announced that it will host its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Friday, May 23, 2008, in New York City, at the offices of Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP.
Ms. Xiaomei Liu, Chief Financial Officer of OmniaLuo, will discuss the Company's performance and provide an update on operations. The meeting will also include shareholder voting on corporate matters. Attendees must present proof of share ownership as of the record date for admission to the venue.
