The Lafuma group has entered into the initial steps to takeover the company Eider. The transaction should be finalized mid-June.
The strategic objectives, terms and conditions for this acquisition will be presented in our next financial press release and on June 12 at an informational meeting on half-year results.
Eider is an emblematic brand on the outdoor market and posted sales of €21.4 million in 2007, including 45% in international sales, on the top-of-the-line Mountain segment covering mainly skiing and mountaineering.
