Gokaldas Exports Ltd has informed that Mr. Prince Asirvatham, Chartered Accountant is appointed as Additional Director vide Circular Resolution on June 04, 2008.
Further, Mr. Prince Asirvatham is also appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Directors of the company.
