Provogue India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. The Audited financial results along with accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008.
