The ISAF Worlds in Denmark was a great success both for sailors, organizers and Murphy&Nye.
The Italian company, world's top technical clothing manufacturers, was Official supplier of Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship 2008, one of the biggest sailing events of the year.
Once more, Murphy&Nye demonstrated to be close to the biggest sailing events in the world: in this case it's the heart of this sport, as the young sailors represent the champions of tomorrow and nobody better then them can be ambassador of the brand in the world.
With the arrival of the 1950s, from its loft premises in Elston Avenue, Murphy&Nye made its first foray into the world of clothing: hand-made, using the same techniques and materials that went into its sails, these first garments were a proud homage from the sailmakers to a boat-owner, for whose yacht they had made the sails just weeks before.
