Pull and Bear & Stradivarius stores to open in 2009

APB Apranga established 3 subsidiaries: OU Apranga PB Trade and OU Apranga ST Retail, which will operate Pull and Bear and Stradivarius stores in Estonia under agreement with Inditex.
Currently Apranga Group operates 4 Pull and Bear stores (2 in Lithuania and 2 in Latvia), and 2 Stradivarius stores (both in Lithuania).
First Pull and Bear and Stradivarius stores openings in Tallinn are expected in the beginning of 2009.
Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
