Leather jackets maker Danier Leather Inc announced that its Board of Directors (BOD) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share on the outstanding subordinate voting shares and multiple voting shares of the Corporation.
The dividend is payable December 1, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2005.
