Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Leela Scottish Lace Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary with the Company.
The effective date of the aforesaid Merger is November 28, 2008.
Bombay Rayon manufactures one of the most versatile and technically advanced fabrics and apparels in India, since 1986. BRFL fabric manufacturing facilities are 50 million metres per annum with garment manufacturing facilities are 35 million pieces per annum.
Leela Scottish Lace, is among the top garment manufacturer and exporters in the country.
