The International Apparel Federation (IAF) invites industry executives to a seminar on product safety and restricted substances. Participants will learn about the latest developments and regulations on restricted substances both in the USA and in the European Union (EU). The seminar will be held on February 9th in Paris Le Bourget during Texworld 2010.
Prominent speakers from the apparel chain will talk about product safety and chemical management regulatory developments in the USA and the EU. They will help companies understand testing and how to implement a comprehensive chemical management program. Further more views from the industry will be shared on what's expected at retail and brand levels as well as the supply chain perspective.
The seminar is organized in cooperation with MODINT (Dutch trade organization for fashion and interior textiles) and American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA).
