Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed that at the Court Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company held on December 19, 2009, the Shareholders have approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. and Madura Garments Exports Ltd. and MG Lifestyle Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd. and Peter England Fashions and Retail Ltd. and their shareholders and creditors, with requisite majority.
