Mike Theilmann, 46, joined JCPenney in 2005 as its Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer and has instituted a wide range of initiatives, including the Company's WINNING TOGETHER principles that foster industry-leading associate engagement, as well as initiatives to improve efficiency in logistics operations, and leadership programs that enable Associates to achieve greater levels of career success. He joined JCPenney from Yum! Brands, Inc., where he held positions of increasing responsibility including SVP International Human Resources & Chief People Officer. Mr. Theilmann was at Yum!, and its predecessor PepsiCo for 12 years., after having worked in Human Resources at Burger King and Grand Metropolitan.
