Guillaume Henry, Artistic Director of Patou, presented his Winter 2024 collection at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. Each piece in this “prêt à vivre” wardrobe uses 100% eco-friendly materials.

From the first silhouette and throughout the collection, Patou clothes provide a reassuring point of reference. Coats with generous shoulders, wide collars and ultra-long sleeves offer a soft protective framework, introducing geometric cuts. Garments free the body, never constrain it, whether long or short, from wrap-around blouses almost thrown on while jumping out of bed, to the eveningwear sent out at the end of the show. Stripes and polka dots echo one another, and a collage of colors summons warm beiges with blues, blacks with whites, plus flattering khakis. The patchwork is joined by layering for an outdoor lifestyle, including denim jacks.

Accessories have the same uplifting spirit. Delicate nude lace is belted or embellishes leather bags. Buttons and necklaces punctuate day and evening pieces with a golden shimmer and no artifice. Carried with calm resolution, monogram lock bags add an ultimate touch to a wardrobe for women ready for anything, and elegant under any circumstance.
