Turkiye's apparel exports slip 3.38% YoY in January-July 2023

Conversely, non-knitted apparel and accessories (HS chapter **) totalled $*.*** billion, indicating a *.* per cent drop compared to $* billion in January-July ****. 

In July ****, the most recent month for which data is available, Turkiye&#**;s total exports of both knitted and non-knitted clothing and accessories decreased by *.** per cent to $*.*** billion, compared with $*.*** billion in July ****. Exports of knitted and crocheted clothing and accessories fell by *.* per cent, totalling $***.* million in July ****, against $***.*** million in the same period the previous year. Shipments of non-knitted apparel and accessories also declined by *.* per cent, dropping from $***.*** million in July **** to $***.*** million in July ****.
