Value-added benefits improve productivity
The new Dynamic Measurement Chart, a unique feature of Modaris, reduces design time up to 30% by directly linking measurements to a pattern and its corresponding chart. Once a modification takes place on the pattern pieces, the chart updates automatically. This saves time and reduces mistakes due to redundant measuring. Modaris also allows pattern designers to standardize measuring methods and communicate with others in the development process to ensure accuracy.
Fully integrated and easy-to-use conversion tools increase interoperability by allowing communication with virtually any CAD/CAM solution on the market. Modaris works with any generic export or import file format, allowing pattern designers to easily share files and avoid formatting problems.
New job-oriented guided functions automate recurring pattern design tasks, reducing the learning curve, regardless of skill level, and improving efficiency. The 47 pre-recorded macros, appropriately spread out among the three Modaris packages, are divided into four job-dedicated menus – creation, modification, industrialization, and grading.
A new option, Modaris Asset Manager, helps capitalize on existing models in order to create new patterns faster. Classify and standardize patterns, and employ a powerful visual search and sort tool to reduce the time it takes to find current patterns and to create new ones.
