A family-owned carpet manufacturing firm, with a legacy going by over a quarter of a century, has received a grant of £11,000, with which it plans to redesign its success.

Colne based, Bronte Carpets will use the proceeds to buy two tufting machines, which are used in manufacturing of carpets.

A Bronte official welcomed the grant by saying that, it was important to keep improving in the things they do, especially in the current climate.

Bronte is the recipient of a “No Limits Finance for Growth” scheme, which till date has disbursed £500,000, since the scheme began three years ago.

Bronte Carpets offers a wide range of rugs, oddment pieces, roll ends, discontinued lines and a made-to-measure service on a range of colours.
