Belgium's Syensqo expands UP circular solutions with Rhodasurf B7 UP

Rhodasurf B7 UP is produced using bio-circular, upcycled ethylene oxide feedstocks. It delivers the same specifications and functional performance as conventional laureth-7 surfactants, providing robust detergency, wetting and solubilizing performance while reducing net CO2 footprint by more than 90% compared with standard petrochemical-based grades. Compatible with Ecocert and Ecolabel certifications, this new product helps fast-moving consumer goods companies and private label manufacturers respond to growing consumer demand for more natural, lower-carbon products. Rhodasurf B7 UP is part of Syensqo’s UP Circular Solutions range, a portfolio based on a circular mass-balance approach that integrates upcycled raw materials while preserving product performance.
