Clothing industry held a meeting on development of the sector in Fumen city of Guangdong province on April 26, 2006.
Meeting aimed to set up clothing companies conforming international standards; build a good environment for investment; increase public service and strengthen international commercial ties.
Concluding the meeting, Du Yuzhou, President of China Textile Industry Association stressed that clothing industry must grow in next five years.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of Clothing Association and Vice Minister of Guangdong Business Bureau.
