The Federal Advisor to the Ministry of Textiles, Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig advised apparel exporters to brand their products in the international markets to draw more value-addition and revenue from their activities.
He was speaking at the launch of JOFA Premium Lawn Collection, at which he was the chief guest. Dr Baig welcomed the new initiative of launching of value-added textile products in the domestic market.
He said, “There is a strong need to have branded products to increase our exports and market share in the international market”.
