Bahamas Development Corporation has signed a deal to acquire a US based performance apparel manufacturing company, which has wholesale revenue of around $100,000 a month and offers synergies with an earlier acquired company. Earlier, Bahamas Development had acquired a performance lifestyle company, which currently has sales of $1 million per annum.

According to Bahamas, both companies focus on the athleisure category, with their individual operations and distribution channels.

The latest acquisition company manufactures all its products in the US and specialises in 100 per cent moisture wicking mesh polyester performance wear with UPF 40 Sun Protection, and dye sublimation printing. (AR)
