The net sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2015 stood at $205.9 million as compared to the net sales of $212.3 million in the corresponding quarter of fiscal 2014.
Net loss, on GAAP basis, for the third quarter of fiscal 2015 was $3.4 million or $0.05 per diluted share as compared to the net loss of $0.5 million or $0.01 per diluted share in the third quarter of fiscal 2014.
Net loss, on a non-GAAP basis, for the third quarter of fiscal 2015 was approximately $3.2 million or $0.05 per diluted share as compared to $2.2 million or $0.03 per diluted share in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
In the guidance issued by the company for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, net sales are expected to be in range of $223 million to $237 million.
The company's fourth fiscal quarter of 2015 guidance range excludes the quarterly impact of the change in the fair value of the derivative liability due to inherently variable nature of this financial instrument. (MCJ)
