Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc.(TAK) is announced as the recipient of
“2011 Labor-Management Culture Award” selected by Ministry of Employment and Labor Korea. At the ceremony, held at the conference hall at Ministry of Employment and Labor in Daegu, on July 26, LEE Seoung-hoon, director of TAK and LEE Hae-soo, chairman of the labor union attended together to receive a letter of certificate from LEE Soo-young, minister of Ministry of Employment and Labor in Daegu.

Ministry of Employment and Labor has annually announced a list of outstanding companies which practice and create the cooperative relationship between labor and management. The ministry has selected the companies by reviewing documents and a contest of case study and this year, 50 big corporations and 30 small and medium companies are chosen. In Daegu and Gyeongbuk region, 6 corporations including TAK are selected.
TAK has been evaluated as a company has steadily grown by achieving the cooperative relationship between labor and management, based on mutual trust and respect. TAK expects to continue on improving the stable relationship between labor and management.
