Ambika Cotton proposes to declare issue sweat equity

Ambika Cotton, manufacturer of high-quality contamination-free yarn, proposed to issue 'sweat' equity to the promoter.
The shares will be issued at a price of Rs285 together with a premium of Rs275.
The shares will be issued subject to a lock-in period of three years. Board of Directors had proposed to issue up to 3 lakh equity shares.
Ambika Cotton Mills has also ventured in production of compact spinning yarn.
