Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) records stability in prices as spot price remained at Rs2375 per maund throughout the week.
Total cotton inflow registered was 11,246,043 bales with Punjab bringing in 8,896,746 bales followed by 2,349,297 bales from Sindh.
In terms of sale of cotton bales, 8,100 bales were sold to exporters of Punjab, and 51,600 to Sindh exporters.
Mills sales recorded were 6,866,714 bales belonging to Punjab and 1,651,127 bales were picked by mills of Sindh.
Total unsold cotton bales stock stood at 2,668,502 bales.
