The TFM reviewed the provision of the Rules and Regulations that require countries that were previously members of the Committee to pledge to repay arrears in installments over five years in order to reactivate their membership. It was agreed that it was premature to discuss a change in the Rules and Regulations at this time.
On the issue of the membership of China (Mainland) in the ICAC, it was agreed to continue the discussion at a future date. The executive director will confer with the Chair of the TFM to determine a suitable date for a future meeting.
