Kasese Farmes to earn 22% more on seed cotton

Farmers in Kasese, a western district of Uganda, deposited 92 tons of seed cotton, earning sh50.6m at sh100 more per kilogram.
Cotton Development Organisation's (CDO) had declared the cotton seed price to be sh450 a kilogram.
However, now the cotton growers are expected to earn sh550 per kilogram, which is almost 22 percent more.
