Government will set up a cotton textile base investing Rmb 7,000,000 at XinJiang province.
Spreading over around 14 square kilometers, the base will also include yarn spinning, dyeing and clothing units apart from cotton fields.
The Aoyang Technical Co Ltd will invest Rmb30, 000,000 to raise its production at the base.
