Low quality of cotton leads clothing enterprises to purchase foreign cotton.
At present, China is short of cotton resources and has to import cotton.
Industry experts opine that the shortage will be more apparent in near future and Government is trying hard to solve this issue.
Experts also add that profit of cotton farmers is not affected by foreign imports but they have lost much because of impure domestic cotton.
