The historic 19th century Longlands Cotton Mill, will be altered into more than 100 trendy loft-style apartments.
The scheme will have a variety of shops, businesses and leisure facilities set to breathe new life into the heart of Stalybridge.
It will be a stunning development flanked by the canal on one side and the River Tame on the other.
The plans and the set-up of the development will encourage people to walk through the site and enjoy its wonderful heritage and location.
