The meeting required all relevant departments and trade groups to strengthen information guidance and propaganda to lead nationwide firms in cotton business to correctly analyze the situation of cotton production and market.
The Agriculture Development Banks around the country should rationally distribute financing stations to support new cotton procuration. Meanwhile Government departments would severely strike against illegal activities in cotton business.
The meeting reinforced that the reform in cotton circulation system should be further deepened, and cotton marketing system should be further improved.
The Government would make more efforts in attracting investment to support the development of local cotton production and increase cotton productivity and quality.
