Gangual community to reap benefits from cotton irrigation

In Irrigated cotton project, China invested US $40 million, nearly 1,914 families will take part from January next year at Gangula community.
This project will play an important role in the well-being and development of socio-economic conditions of communities living in Gangula, Balela, Nhengo, Cangongolo, Benzengulo, Cassonga.
This project, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, is carried out by the South Korean firms Sansung Corporation and Hanil Engineering & Construction Co Ltd and comprise 5,000 hectares of land approximately.
