This method can be most useful at fields with sandy soils where nematodes can thrive.

According to research conducted, there was no loss or little loss of yield in less sandy soils.

While by the variable-rate application of Termik there was 5 percent higher yield and34 percent lower nematicide use compared to a blanket rate of Temik.
