Sindh has achieved high produce of contamination free cotton in spite of rough weather and rains.
A meeting was held between members of Federal Textile Ministry, Cotton Standard Institute, Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) and local ginners with Sindh's Agriculture Secretary as the chairperson.
It was announced that the province is expected to produce 20,000 clean cotton bales with grade-II during this season.
Ginning factories are supplied clean cotton of same grade, which shows improvement. It was decided in the meeting that efforts should be further organized to obtain good results.
