After persistently leaping higher for past couple of months, cotton prices seem to have been slowing down for past couple of weeks.
According to Karachi Cotton Association (KCA), prices slide to Rs2900 around August 30, today the rates plunged to Rs2850 per maund.
This fluctuating trend has been influenced by the global cotton scenario which is showing sluggish supply and growing demand.
